Heart rate and screen wake not working

I had an issue with my previous versa 2 so I contacted support and was sent a new one. Just got it in the mail and tried to set it up. The heart rate is not working, it is not recording the heart rate whatsoever. The screen wake setting that is activated through motion is also not working. I have shutdown the fitbit, and factory reset it twice. I have checked to ensure that the heart rate is on in the settings as well as the screen wake function. It says they are on but they are not working.

Hi @EricaW. - the replacement you got most probably was a refurbished one that wasn't properly checked, contact them again and get one which works.
