Heart rate and sleep functions not working

My heart rate and sleep functions have not been working for about a month. Thought it was from a too tight band but put my old one back on, re-booted my phone with no luck. Any help??

Hi @tjsback9  What fitbit do you have? You say heart rate hasnt been working for a month, but the Versa 3 hasnt been out that long, so I am assuming it mighf be an older one. Try testarting your Fitbit several times. If that doesnt get your HR working then contact Customer Support
