Heart rate and sleep not recording-Versa 2

Ok I did all I was asked to do including factor reset. Still no heart rate that tracks consistently. I have a reference number but can no longer seem to get on or find a site where I can speak one on one. Frustrated as this is my second Fitbit and has the same issue. Would like to return as it doesn’t do anything it won’t hook up to my Alexa and it will not take voice commands enough. I have no way to get a hold of anyone which is aggravating. Any help out there?

Mine is doing the same thing.  I did a factory reset and it still didn't work.  I can't register heart rate or sleep.  The green lights aren't working either.  I bought it on February 2, 2020.  Don't think the warranty is still valid either.

Hi, mine was bought in December so they are replacing the tracker(not
charger or strap) with a new one because I was still under limited
warranty. I am beginning to think their are some of us that those features
for whatever odd reason just doesn’t work for us. Good luck.

I also have this problem. I reset it many times. This is also my second fitbit Versa. The first Versa stopped working. My second Versa also stopped working after reset it works but not at 100%. So frustrating bc I love it when its working correctly. I'm contemplating upgrade but might choose another brand bc I'm frustrated because both fitbit versas did not even last a whole year.

Sorry to hear and yes the issue is still off and on with a new tracker.
Guess it’s just the way it will be. Cannot afford a new one f any type.

That’s like my first one. Hopefully this one lasts longer. Strange as
family members have Fitbit’s and no issues.

I'm having the same thing with mine, I'm not sure why.. I looked all over the app and it's still not working.

Maybe some f us burn out the whatever runs the watch/tracker battery. Some people cannot wear any type of watches. Shame though it doesn’t record my exercise stats such as cardiovascular etc... but sometimes it does. Always counts my steps though....
