Versa isn’t tracking sleep or heart rate. Suddenly stopped on 5th September. Tried restarting. Position on wrist not changed.

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know how many times you experienced this inconvenience since September 5th? Is your Versa 2 not tracking sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the heart rate tracking issue persists.
