To add to my last question, I restarted my phone and my resting heart rate increased and so did my steps. I’m not even doing anything!! I hope there’s a way to fix it! I got this on sale at Target and I love it so I want to know if there’s a solution to all of this! I might have to return it!

@bshea705 Can you please elaborate? Is the data you can see on your Versa the same in Fitbit mobile app and Dashboard on Fitbit.com? Perhaps, Versa simply synced after you rebooted your phone?

@bshea705 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your heart rate and steps data increased after restarting your phone. In addition to the information that requested my friend @Marrrmaduke, if your data increased on your Versa itself, please restart your tracker as described in this help article and sync your tracker again. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
