My Versa syncs fine with my phone and I can see all my stats on the phone, but suddenly, I have no numbers for heart rate, steps, etc. The clock and date are there, but heart and steps just have ____ where the numbers should be. I've turned it off and on and it doesn't help.

Hi @MommaJude Try restarting the Versa several times and uninstall the app from your phone, reinstall it and log back in to your fitbit account and then try syncing again. Please come back here if yiu continue to have problems.

I have the same problem. I've had my Versa since Christmas without any issues. Suddenly, the past few days my steps and heart rated just disappeared. I have tried all the resets and tips. Nothing helps. Could it have anything to do with the 'update' on July 2 ?
This is extremely frustrating
