Heart rate and steps won’t calculate

I updated my verse 2 watch since then it will not show my steps or my heart rate. I tried manually changing the settings of the watch I also synched it and unpaired it I shut it down through the watch and powered it back up again it started working for a week and now my heart rate and steps is gone again. This is the phone I’m synching with it’s an android Oppo A15
