I’ve just recieved my Versa and love it. Question does anyone know why when swimming it doesn’t track heart rate? I really want that feature

If only my Versa could go into water

...It is the 3rd Versa I got.....not because I love it, but because it has been kindly replaced 2 times due to non quality issues (thanks to the European laws the warranty is 2 years in EUR and not one...).

So now this 3rd Versa does not even handle a shower ! The screen get crazy for 24hours if I take a shower with the watch. So very bad watch, very expansive and not a the quality I was expecting...I still regreat my PEEBLE watch that FITBIT preferred to kill...this watch was in advance of its time and was better than any newer Versa of today...

Hi,

I tried that but it still didn't detect any heart rate while in workout mode. I also tried it without workout mode and it auto recognized my swim but again didn’t work. This is really annoying because I have to show my heart rates for online PE and I swim everyday so I really want that to count.
