Heart rate and zone minutes not working

Hi

My heart rate and zone minutes have stiped showing on the watch and nothing on my app

I am an active  person and it's all of a sudden stopped 

Verse lite model 🙂

Tried resetting 2 times tried syncing tried everything  

Anyone able to help?

I too am having the same problem. Ever since the latest March Update for Аndroid theHeatrate has completely stopped working and the sensor on the back of my Versa 2 not lighting up or sensing!!!  Well somebody royally screwed something up over at fitbit

Same issue started last night. If this doesn’t work I’m officially done with Fitbit. They never last more than 2 years and it’s always after an update. I genuinely think it’s a business tactic. My husband’s Apple Watch has held up in the same timeframe as 3 Fitbits 😡

Didn’t last long. HR no longer tracking (no green light). Chat help advised to wait for firmware update 72.1.19. I updated this past Sunday. No luck. After a few more “help” chats, I was offered the 35% discount on a new Fitbit. Very disappointing. No thanks.

I think they're trying to get people to sign up for premium program. I'm going to find something else. I won't be buying a futbit ever again.

I have not heard from the company at all. I can't believe they have not responded to any comments about this issue. I'm now looking for another product to replace this useless thing.

I also tried everything, shutdowns, multiple sync, factory resets, HR stats and active Zones are all over the place. All started after latest firmware update about a day thereafter.

The same thing for me, also no longer monitors sleep.  Just says "wear your fitbit to bed" which I do.   It stopped working Monday 03/21/2022.  I'm a premium member, which I guess I will cancel because premium is worthless without the monitoring.

I just did my update also and there is no change. I don’t have my movement reminders anymore. It still counts steps, alarms usually work. And it tells time… we really need to hear more from the company about what their plan is. I really want to have the heart rate tracking, sleep tracking - all the things it is supposed to be doing. Not just steps!

I did pay for premium, so it could track sleep and do detailed tracking reports for my doctor.  But since the heartbeat monitor stopped, it only tracks steps and nothing else.  So the premium subscription is basically useless

I was looking through my EKG logs and at times the sensor stopped working or didn't record and said Sensors Out Of Range and here it is the 27th of March and almost April and the Heart rate sensor still doesn't work. And only works as a Pedometer and Calories Burned tracker

I gave up on Fitbit. Switched to another brand that was much cheaper. It's
working great. I like it better than the fitbit.

I think I finally realized what happened. I am 100% sure the sensor shorted out!!! It says it is WATER RESISTANT UP TO 50M OR 164FT!! BUT ISN'T 100%WATERPROOF. When I was doing dishes or washing my hands it probably got wet and shorted out! I call out BULL**ahem** and had my fitit since Christmas and was given to me my by Aunt and was less than 3 months old and should still be under warranty!!!!

Yes the versa only says water RESISTANT so I always would let it dry after washing dishes etc. I ended up getting a new device. Good luck to all

Glad I switched to a different brand. It was a fraction of the price and
does better

Wash dishes in mine all the time,  the "UPDATE" I did in April stopped everything from working except the watch function.

Same thing here. I’ve had mine now for exactly two years. So disappointed.
