Hi folks,
I've recently discovered, that when I'm reviewing the heartrate diagram in the "normal" HR overview for a given day, the values are completely different from the HR diagram of a training I've done on the same day.
In this case, maximum HR in daily view was 165 during training. But checking the max HR in den diagram when clicking on the training itself, it was like 195.
How is this possible and which value is correct?
195bpm should at least feel like close to power down for the body. But during the training session, I've just done some easy bike trailing without feeling super exhausted.
Is this a known issue with the scaling of the chart?
Using a versa and a Huawei P20 Pro
Updates were all installed of course.
