Hi

 

I purchased the versa 2 one week ago and since the start i have the problem that my today's heart rate profile is not showing in the app. sometimes it starts showing up during the day but never the same time and today it never appeared. I just reset and reinstalled the whole watch and app and it's still not working.It's syned all the time. I also have no problem recording activites and then looking at the details in the app. So i can look at the heart rate during an excercise but not the whole day's profile... it's so strange. Did someone experience the sampe problem? What helped?
