Heart rate data not showing on app after swim workout

My app is suddenly not showing any heart rate data at all for my swim sessions - seems to be since the 2.92 update last week. I’m getting absolutely nowhere with “Customer Support” - they just keep saying that the Versa doesn’t show heart rate during swims. Well mine does, always has (I’ve owned mine since launch) but previously I’ve been able to review my heart rate on the app after my swim. Since last week I can’t see this info any more and I can’t sort it out. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a similar issue...they told me the same thing. But I water walk and set the exercise on walk. The heart rate monitor worked in the water until now. What is the point of using this waterproof/swim proof tracker if it does not track heart rate or steps correctly in the pool. So frustrated and disappointed.

The annoying thing is that I can see that it has tracked my heart rate during the time i was swimming, it's just not now displayed when reviewing the exercise

Mine does not show anymore for hikes.
