Heart rate accuracy on Fitbit versa 2 SE is poor. Disappears from screen as soon as I start my exercises. Comes back way off. Climbs to 125 while I’m riding a bike with little effort. Very unimpressed. I may have to switch back to Polar.

@BrolicOdrama, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the heart rate disappears from your Versa 2 screen and shows extra stairs climbed. I understand how frustrating this is for you.

 

Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, monitor your Versa 2 and see if the issues get fixed.
