Hello community ,

I got the new Fitbit Versa yesterday and i am totally new to Fitbit . Everything seemed fine yesterday , updates , syncs etc ... The first night i slept with it ,but in the morning it showed up only the basic sleep details ? It says "the tracker couldnt get a consistest heart-rate reading while you slept " ? I will try again today to fix the watch a lil bit up on my hand. Any other advices ? Could it be a bug or could be the model? I mostly bought Fitbit because of this ! 😞

The second issue is with the exercise modes :

Starting a weight lifting or workout exercise mode the BPM is normal , ~70 bpm but suddenly it jumps to 85  , then 95 , 100+ ...up to 135 when i havent make a single move , just standing still . For the next minute and a half it goes to 135 and the slowly goes down to 70-75 again . I dont move durring the whole time ... how is that possible and is it normal ? My watch is fixed and tight on my hand ...

Would appreciate feedback from users or admin 🙂 Thanks in advance

Hello @Achobg, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought these issues to my attention. It seems both of them are related to the heart rate monitor on your Versa. If you haven't done it yet, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, monitor it for the next night to check if the watch tracks Sleep Stages and if the BPM shows normally when you're exercising.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
