After October 2019  update Versa2’s heart rate was stuck on 123. I shut down my Versa & now it does not display any heart rate. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi @JakeSD, welcome to the community.

 

My heart rate reading is working as normal after the last update. Can you swipe to the settings app on your Versa 2 and then scroll down to heart rate and confirm that it's set to on? Also I would recommend restarting your Versa 2 by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds (until you see the Fitbit logo).
