Heart rate during sleep

So on my Fitbit if I look at the zone minutes and my heart rate in the middle of the night I always have huge spikes 115-150 just for the minute it shares, then if I look at my heart rate it shows through the night that my heart rate was pretty steady and doesn’t show those spikes. What’s up with that?

I’m not sure how to share pictures so I can show what I mean but hope somebody understands and has an answer. Also I see spikes in heart rate in the zone minutes it’ll go from 100 down to 60 up to 100 down to 60 and repeat literally every minute it shows but on the heart rate area it doesn’t show any spikes like that?

To answer your question about pictures, you need a community score somewhere around 8 before you get the option to upload.

 

Sorry I don't have an answer for your problem. I checked mine and it does not do this, at least not for today.
