At the gym tonight, my heart rate on versa seemed to be stuck . Never moved from 43 bpm. Any ideas?

@Billybob64, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the heart rate feature seemed to be stuck.

 

Please restart your watch as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains why your heart rate gets frozen on your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your Fitbit Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.

My Versa also keeps getting stuck. I have tried these:

- cleaning sensor with cotton and alcohol

- reset

- heart rates resetting to on

- sync resync

- factory reset

- update firmware.

 

 All that happens after each reset is that it will work for a while,  maybe max a few hours, and then get stuck again. The green light stops flashing.
