Heart-rate graph won't display on any phone on my account

Hi all. I've just got my FitBit today and was very excited to begin using it. Everything seems to work great except one thing: my heart-rate graph will not display in the app on any phone.

On the online dashboard my heart-rate graph displays fine.

When my friends log into their account on my phone, their heart-rate graphs display fine.

When I log into my account on any phone (including my friends who use FitBit and regularly check their graphs), the heart-rate graph does not display, it simply says "No measurements".

The problem therefore seems to be exclusive to my own account displaying the heart-rate graph on the app on any phone.

I have rebooted my phone, cleared cache, uninstalled the app and all the basics on multiple phones, but none will display my graph, only everyone elses!

Has anybody else experienced this or have a solution? Thanks!

Solved: at midnight the graph started working and displayed the first day. If you have this issue on your first day, just wait until tomorrow and it might just work. 👍
