I’ve emailed Fitbit support but so far haven’t had a response. My problems started this morning when the bottom right-hand button was inoperative, it wasn’t even depressing. That has now resolved itself. Meanwhile my heart rate has not been tracked all day with the exception of about 10mins. I’ve tried a restart to no avail. Now my Versa is restarting itself every hour or so. I’m also getting ‘clock error’ in red text occasionally appearing on my screen. And also it depleted its battery completely even though it had been charged fully last night. I’ve since recharged it again fully. In addition to all the above the screen also won’t activate unless I press a button?
Help?!

Jen, do a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings. Touch and scroll down to About. Touch and scroll down to Factory Reset. That will reset the watch to what it was when you started it originally.
