My versa has been recording my pulse as 150 + for the past 2 weeks... it is affecting my calories and exercise goals... I have tried resetting my Versa but the green light on the back has stopped working. My versa is not that old. Any ideas to help me?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Docsmith30. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue you're experiencing with the heart rate monitor on your Fitbit Versa. I understand that after the restart the green light on the back has stopped working. I would like to confirm if you see your heart rate on the screen now? If you don't see your heart rate, I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting steps from this help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?
Heart rate can be affected by several factors including air temperature, stress level, physical body position, and medication use. If you were exercising when you noticed discrepancies in your heart-rate readings, the type of exercise or the position of the device may be the cause. See our help article for more information: How do I improve the accuracy of my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Please keep me posted, I'll be around.
