Heart rate is not recording correctly

My versa has been recording my pulse as 150 + for the past 2 weeks... it is affecting my calories and exercise goals... I have tried resetting my Versa but the green light on the back has stopped working. My versa is not that old. Any ideas to help me?

I understand that after the restart the green light on the back has stopped working. I would like to confirm if you see your heart rate on the screen now? Heart rate can be affected by several factors including air temperature, stress level, physical body position, and medication use. If you were exercising when you noticed discrepancies in your heart-rate readings, the type of exercise or the position of the device may be the cause.
