My heart rate is not showing on my Fitbit. The lights in the back don’t seem to work. I’ve restarted, I set it back to factory settings, all synced again. Nothing. The heart rate just shows - - Help

Seems like a fault, but check the watch settings in case Heart rate is turned off.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
