Heart rate keeps freezing on Versa 2

Been using the verse 2 for about two months just fine and now the heart rate freezes on screen even doing simple things like walking around makes it freeze up. I have reset it and it works for shortly then it goes back to freezing up I would love some help before I decide on moving on from the fitbit to something else.

Same thing is happening to my fitbit versa. When I factory reset it, it will work for sometime, but simple activities like walking, will freeze heart rate out of blue. Seems like some software bug.
