this is the 2nd message I've left and I'm not getting any responses! My Versa's heart rate light is not working and the battery is draining in less than a day!
I've tried everything... turning various HR and battery settings on/off, restarting my tracker, removing the Versa from my fitbit account and done 3 factory resets!
Is there someplace I can take my tracker! Help!

This affects me as well. I've tried resetting it and factory wiping it.
