Heart rate light not working. No troubleshooting tips have worked

Noticed this afternoon the heart rate light on my versa stopped working.  Went through all troubleshooting tips and nothing has helped.  What do I do now?  Only had this thing for 6 months!

Noticed this on mine tonight... bought my Versa in February. Not a happy camper at this point as this follows closely on the heals of their app update taking away my text notifications 😞

My HR sensor stopped working entirely 2 days ago. Did a hard reset and tuned it all off and on. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

 

Guess I'll have to call them tomorrow... Less than 2 months old!!!

 

It's also not combining when I add my steps in manually... Worked on Friday. Saturday, not...
