Hi,


Seriously not normal: the last few days, the heart rate tracker is not working at all as it should.
It tracks a heart rate of 140 bpm when I'm sitting on a chair doing absolutely nothing;..
When working out, my heartrate goes up to 204 while i'm in pretty good shape.
I "burn" 5000 calories a day according to my Fitbit Versa. This is not at all accurate.
I tried a restart several times, doesn't work... please help.

Me too. I’ve had many fit bits for years. Had my versa for a year or more. Last night my heart rate is always so high? Sitting doing nothing it’s 140! I rely on my Fitbit so I railways know when there is a problem right away. I need help also. Is it broke? Do I need to contact them for help. I’ve done all the suggestions to restart.
