heartrate monitor suddenly stopped working. no green lights on the back. have checked settings and they are on. tried 're start still not working. any other tips to help. I've messaged fitbit support still no reply. been 3 weeks now . please help x

When I had this issue they replaced it within a week. Sorry not helpful but call if you can find their number.
