Heart rate monitor - Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The heart rate monitor on my new Versa 2 is pointless. It’s accurate when I’m resting and not a bit accurate when I’m exercising. It’s says 120bpm, say, when my pulse is actually around 90. It thinks my heart rate is 130bpm when I’m walking. It’s not. It said I had achieved 140 active minutes when I was clearing out my cupboard. Nonsense. This reading presumable affects everything - calories burned, active minutes etc - so I’ve turned it off. If you really want a heart rate monitor, I wouldn’t buy one of these.

Did you try a restart of the watch to see if it resolves it.

Also making sure its located correctly on your wrist might help.

They are generally pretty accurate unless its faulty.
