I have had my versa for 13 months and over the last week or more has become very unstable.
Heart rate monitor reads 165+ even when I am not wearing it! And a full charged battery is lasting one day instead of four.
I have Factory restored the watch:
Used only a fitbit clock face:
Gave it to my husband to wear!
None of these have solved the problem.
Any other suggestions?
If i need a warranty repair(we are in the UK so I understand its a 2 year warranty) how to I get that instigated?
