Heart rate monitor broken

Good day 

 

My fitbit versa is 7 months old and the heart rate monitor is broken for a month now, I shutdown several times, switched off the heart rate monitor and put it back on and I factory reset it. It is still broken and I am truly disappointed for the watch was very expensive for me.

Hello @Nacinda in the top right slide out menu, you will see a link for contacting fitbit. 

This might be the best course of action to take.
