Hi,
A week ago my fitbit versa run out of battery, I put it on charge but when it turn on the heart rate monitor wasn't working. I turned it on and off a few times and I also reset it from fabric... still not working. I contact the fitbit support and they didn't help. They gave me a voucher as my warranty is over but I'm doubtless about buying a new one if this is going to happen again and I get no help to fix it. Also the watch is fine, like new, it's only this feature that doesn't work. Has anyone else experience this? Have you managed to solved it or end up buying a new one? I would like to get some opinions on this. Thanks

I have a very similar situation! My heart monitor is not accurate when I track my exercise. I will be in Spin class and I know for certain my heart rate is elevated and will just read as below average or not read it at all (like if it’s off of my wrist) but it’s secure on my wrist. I also contacted Fitbit and was advised I no longer have warranty but they gave me a voucher for a discount.... very frustrating as I have not done anything different to my workout regimen and take extra care of my devise . Definitely not purchasing another due to their lack of support and poor quality manufacturing....

I am having an issue with heart monitor not working also. This has been going on for over a month now. For the last few weeks I have noticed the red LED light was staying on all the time and last night I noticed it went away. I do not see the green LED light which is for the heart monitor. I have not reached out to Fitbit yet and after seeing these two with their issue and knowing that my warranty is also out of date so why bother.
