My fitbit versa lite is approximately a year old. It has been working great, but since yesterday the heart rate monitor is way off. How do I resolve this issue?

I am glad they were able to help you. My watch stopped working properly after a few weeks and fortunately Costco took it back. However Fitbit will not refund the money I paid for the premium subscription, even though I no longer have the product that did not work. Very disappointed with the product and company
