The sensors suddenly stop working; sometimes multiple (5-10) resets will activate it, but then it'll stop working again within minutes or hours. This happens multiple times a day.
within my app, the daily heartrate graphs will not show up in the heartrate section, but if I click on the last recorded date (Nov 3) and scroll through the days, I can see the graphs.
It stops working at night so I've only gotten basic sleep stats for a few weeks now. It also stops working during my workouts so my calorie stats are always wrong.
For the last three weeks straight it has consistently registered my heart rate as being incredibly high (140-160) while I was not engaging in any activity.
Both my device (samsung galaxy s9) and my versa are up to date in regards to software.
Yes I know how to wear it properly. Yes I am using a Fitbit clock face. Yes I have toggled the heartrate on and off in my device. The app no longer has a "settings" option when I click on the photo of my device so that's not possible for me to try.
This is my third type of Fitbit and I've had different issues with all of them. I've scoured the forums and this seems like a persistent issue with many versa owners and there doesn't seem to be any real solution. I do not have hours to sit on the phone with customer support (kind of ridiculous you don't offer email support and I now have to air my grievances publicly) and my warranty is passed, so I think this will be my last Fitbit, the Samsung Gear is looking awfully good right now.
