Heart rate monitor issues

Recently received a replacement Versa 3 due to heart rate inaccuracies and am wondering when Fitbit is going to resolve the issue with it's innacurate heart rate monitor. It seems to be ok until the exercise and sweating starts. This is a recent session on my treadmill. My heart was pounding after about four minutes in due to the incline being at 7 for most of the time. My treadmill was showing 155-163 bpm as compared to fitbit. Chatted with customer service but all they want to do when they run out of troubleshooting steps is to send you a link and ditch you. I don't want a coupon for a replacement or a link showing me how to wear it. I have been using fitbit for at leadt 10 years. Does anyone have any suggestions besides the normal stuff? Very frustrated!

Hi @Amdrew  - if you look in the forums you can see numerous issues with inaccurate HR.

It's a fundamental problem and there is nothing that you can do to resolve it. It's not normally a specific watch problem so replacing it won't solve anything.

Thanks. It would be nice to just get a refund.
