Hello! 

About the time I updated the latest firmware on my Versa, my heart rate lights turned completely off and it is no longer tracking my heart rate at all. I have reset it, I have deleted the versa from the app, deleted the app, started fresh, cleaned the sensors, cleaned my wrist, nothing. Working normally otherwise.

Heart rate monitor not working. Already reset device. No I do not have sleep score, calories, rest heart rate.

Tried all the option of Troubleshoot.
