I workout 6 days a week and the heart rate monitor is very important for me to have working. The last 2 days it has not been working consistently. I have turned off/on the watch 4 times today alone as well as the heart rate off several times. I also tried wearing the watch on the other arm and no luck there. Now I am only getting the red light and no longer getting the green light. I had a feeling something was going on when I was sitting, relaxing at night, and my HR was showing 118 which is about 80 beats to high. What are my next steps?

@Rome0729 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its heart rate feature is not working properly. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, make sure that your Versa is not being worn too tight and monitor the heart rate feature during the next 24 hours.
If the issue persists, let me know and I'll be happy to follow up!
Thank you so much for your help @NellyG!
