Hi there 

the heart rate monitor is not working on my Versa. 

I have done a factory reset and normal reset. 

Changed the clock face and synced. 

Still nothing. 

Anyone have any ideas I can try? 

Seems I’m wasting my time.

just a few questions... you do not see an HR displayed on your tracker or it is not synching to the app? And do you have blinking lights when you turn the tracker over?

It’s not showing a heart rate (bpm) on either app or my watch. 

Just a white heart and a dash. 

Well I have just gone to check the lights again as it was blinking green but now it’s red?? 

Seems to be switching between the 2 colours. 

Solid red blinking green
