My husband just got me a Fitbit verse which is awesome because I have been wanting one for awhile but I have had this thing for a total of two days, brand new out of the package and the heart rate monitor isn’t working. It’s started by just being stuck at one number and not accurately tracking. I came on here and troubleshooted it just like was suggested and it worked for a little bit and then it did the same thing so I reset it again and literally the same thing happened. So I tried one more time and nothing was fixed. Then I noticed I didn’t even see the green light anymore. I tried factory resetting it and that didn’t work. I don’t know what else to do besides returning this and trying to get another. Does anyone else have any suggestions?? It’s brand new, I should be having these issues😥

Hi @Scarbonirn14 As it is so new, I think returning it to the store it was bought and exchanging for a new one is you best option. If it was ordered from Fitbit online then contact Support (link in my signature)
