Heart rate monitor quit working

So for some wierd reason, the heart rate monitor on my fibit versa 2 just stopped working. I went under the app and the watch and made sure heart rate monitor is on, I also did a factory reset on the watch and the heart monitor is still not working. Need some guidance on this, thanks.

@jmoore8501 Are the lights on the back on? Also, please open settings app  on your Versa, scroll down to Heartrate and toggle OFF/ON several times, then reboot your tracker as described here.
