Hi,
So yesterday I woke up and the versa didnt track my sleep which was odd. Didnt think much of it and went to work. Just before heading to the gym i noticed it hadn't calculated my HR all day. Had a look and only the red light was showing on the back. I have done everything in the troubleshooting guides.
Switched on and off. Turned heart rate option to off, sync, turn to on then sync. I did a button reset and finally I did factory reset. Yet nothing . Still just the red light and no green at all. Clearly something is broken. I don't need to run through the same troubleshooting options again as ive done them over and over but if anyone else has had this problem please let me know how you fixed it.
This is my second Versa in 8 months as they had to replace the first after 3 months when it just switched off and never came back to life. Ergh.
