Hello, I’ve made sure the heart rate option is on. I’ve hard reset the watch many times but the heart rate monitor will not again. I’ve also tried many time uninstalling and setting it up again. I feel like I wasted money on the Versa watch. I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchase it. If anyone has any idea on how to make the heart rate monitor work again I would appreciate the help. Thank you

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Username8421.
Thank you so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue you're experiencing with the heart rate monitor not working on your Fitbit Versa. I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help you. Since the steps you tried didn't work, I recommend doing a factory reset. Please note only that after doing a factory reset, all apps installed and the data that has not been synced yet to your Fitbit account will be deleted.
In order to do the factory reset, please do the following: On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and unpair the watch from the list. Then, please set up the watch back to your account by following the steps from this help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around!
