Heart rate monitor stopped working

My heart rate monitor stopped working for about a week.  I let my Fitbit die and recharged it from 0%.  When I woke up this morning it was flashing green again and showing my heart rate.  By 12:00 noon the same day, it had stopped working again.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

I have the same issue as my heart rate stopped working on my Versa.  I have checked the Fitbit and it is showing "on".  I have restarted and still does not work.  Please help.

I am having the exact same problem with my versa. It started saturday evening and hasn't worked since. No laser lights on the back either

Same thing happening to me.  Worked like a charm up until my workout this morning.  I've done all the reset, restart, recharge as well.  No heart rate and no LED lighting up . . .

I contacted the Fitbit help and a representative walked me through multiple re-sets and such.  End result they are sending me a new Fitbit.Sent from my U.S.Cellular© Smartphone

Heart rate stopped working for me too. Everything else works but it’s been days and it doesn’t track sleep or exercise. Help!
