Heart rate monitor stopped working

I’ve had this versa for 11 months now and it has been fantastic, however this week my heart rate monitor started playing up showing my heart rate was stupidly high (which it wasn’t!) so I rebooted my watch (back button and bottom right button) and how it just has 2 lines next to the heart rate monitor. I’ve checked it’s still switched on. I’ve reset to factory setting, removed and restored the versa on the app but to no avail. I’ve cleaned the back and tried my right arm but nothing works. The green light is still flashing. Please help.

My heart rate monitor is driving me mad. I've having issues with mine aswell. During my workout it displays  my heart rate and then it decides to stop working. So frustrating as I'm getting inaccurate results.
