is there a heart rate belt / strap  we can use with the Fitbit app ? When I’m doing things like boxing / Thai boxing I have to take the watch off, so can’t monitor how my session has gone etc

Sorry, but no.  No Fitbits take heart rate data input from any chest straps.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
