Heart rate monitor

The last 5 days my versa is showing my heart rate through the roof. Even sleeping my rate is between 140-170. Another monitor shows resting rate at 65 which is what I agree with when I check my wrist. I’ve reset numerous times now. It goes back to 0 off my wrist. Back on my wrist it climbs. Has anyone else had this problem. Also if I factory reset, will I loose all my app information till now?  Robyn

Hi @Ganbeer Have you tried restarting the Versa several times? If that doesnt fix it then you will need to do a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). That wont lose you all the data you have synced, as that is saved on the Fitbit servers, but it will lose you any unsynced data still on the watch (so make sure you sync first). If that doesnt stop the very high readings please come back here or contact Support.

I have restarted and restarted and restarted and my heart rate also goes through the roof as well. If I jog lightly in place it shoots up to 160. I’ve worn my Polar at the same time and it shows 100. I bought this for the HRM so it’s worthless to me and too late to return it. I kick myself for cheaping out and not going with the Apple Watch.
