My heart rate monitor has stopped working I've reset my Fitbit powered it off and let it completely die. Nothing works to get it going again

Hi @Stephanie717 Check that the Heart Rate is still turned on in the  Settings app on your watch, and toggle it off, restart your watch and go in and turn the HR back on. If that doesnt fix it then you will need to contact Support.
