Heart rate monitoring stopped on my Versa

My versa heart rate monitor has stopped working and having looked through i have tried as much as possible. Was working fine until Sunday when i put it in to charge and since then it’s not worked so no heart rate or sleep trace. I have reset it several times and also done a factory reset along with an update but i can’t get the led flashing on the back. I’m guessing these have warranty? It was purchased January this year.

@Alanmc1782 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your heart rate even though you have tried the restart process and a factory reset.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process that you already tried but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. Once you've tried them, monitor your watch and see if it tracks your heart rate properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I just had the same thing. I did all the steps except a factory reset. I charged it to 100% then turned it off—doing a ‘hard reset’ and the monitor started working correctly. Hope this helps others.
