Heart rate montior on reading

Hi 

I got my versa on Sunday and Its not reading my heart rate. I saw someone say it was  because the clocks went back and once you do a work out it sorts itself out is this right?

 

I've deleted it off the app and reconcented it and the green light is on the back and I've cleaned it to. 

 

It's deffintly in contact with my wirst to

Is the green light flickering rapidly? It need to be flickering to work.

 

Try restarting the versa several times if the heart rate still isnt showing. If it still doesnt show try it on the inside of your wrist (you could have unusual blood vessles in your arm). If it still doesnt show then you will need to return it to the shop it came from or contact Support (link in my signature)
