New Versa and after doing a full charge Monday, it is no longer registering my heart rate. The heart icon in the bottom left is still beating but the heart rate number to the right of it is not displayed. One of the results is that I don't get the Sleep Stages, which is one of the reasons for getting this. Any ideas why?

Hi @mikeyuneek , I see you're using the Minimal Style Clock Face. Try the following: restart your Versa three times with the two button method and see if that solves this problem. If not: go to the settings og your Versa, turn HR off and repeat the above procedure and after that switch HR to on again. Is the Green Sensor light on the back of your watch working? If these suggestions do not work, replace the Minimal Style CF to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. Personally I never had any problems with this CF, so if you change it to one developed by Fitbit and it's still not working, call Customer Support, maybe there is problem with your HR sensor, regards kuzibri
BTW: To be absolutely certain that it's not the CF itself, go to Clocks - My Clock - Press the Mininmal Style watch and press settings. Scroll Down to HRM Text Colour setting and be sure it's white. Press the Backspace arrow and then "Ready" on top of the screen on the right side.

Do you have the heart rate turned on?

Sorry, how do I make sure it's turned on. I'm a newbie, and I hate the Fitbit UI. So confusing...thx

I have had the same exact issue with my versa after 10 months with no issues. The heart rate monitor is not working, and sleep cycles are not tracking properly also as a result. I wear the watch in proper position, and HR monitor box is checked on. I tried multiple restarts but no fix so far.

was able to resolve. When sweeping up on Versa my heart rate monitor button was checked, but somehow in Settings (sweep left) it was off, so fixed now....

Did you recently update the firmware on your Versa? The last firmware update turned my heart rate off.

Yes! Since I had just bought it, it did a full update. Well there's a bug...

may be the cause for my issue also, probably a couple of months back since I started seeing no change for sleep cycles due to no heart rate monitoring and was not aware of the option to turn it off. All good now!
