so disappointed in the watch! This is my 3rd versa. I had the versa then upgraded to the versa 2 thinking the heart rate problem would be better. Got a replacement after a couple mos due to heart rate issues. Immediately after pairing the replacement I’m having the same exact issue as my other watches. During a workout my heart rate either stops or is super low. Contacted Fitbit numerous times but today I was told this!!!! Really? Air temperature? What if I’m running outside when it’s cold? She said it’s inaccurate during a high intensity workouts like boxing? First of all I do light weights and cardio on a treadmill and elliptical and still have this issue. What is the point of marketing a “fitness” watch when high intensity workouts, air temperature, sweat, etc affect the accuracy? Super angry it’s not like it was cheap!
