Is anyone else having issues with the heart rate being totally inaccurate ? For example, my heart rate will be over 140 and the heart rate monitor says it's 80 or less. I called customer support and they didnt offer any solutions that lasted more than a couple minutes.

Hi, there are two ways to get the HR act normally again:
1. Go to the settings of your Versa, turn of HR and restart your Versasevral times. After that go back to the settings and turn HR on again.
2. Take the Versa of your wrist and let it lie down on a table for about 10 minutes. After that put your Versa on your wrist again and HR should normalize within a minute.

@SunsetRunner Out of curiosity, which exercise profile are you using? E.g. Walk, Run, Bike, etc.
